This website is operated by Anitta Corto, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. Throughout these terms, “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Anitta C. “You” refers to the visitor, client, or customer using this website.
2. Products and Services
I offer digital products and done-for-you services including micro SaaS tools, trackers, planners, marketing research templates, and custom software solutions designed for small business owners, clinics, and coaches.
All digital products are delivered electronically. You will receive access or download instructions via email after your purchase is confirmed.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.
For done-for-you (DFY) services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project. If you have a concern, please contact me directly and I will do my best to make it right.
5. Intellectual Property
All products, templates, tools, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anitta C. You may use purchased products for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share any product or template with others without written permission.

All tools, templates, and services are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. I make no guarantee of specific results. Your success depends on how you implement and use the tools in your own business.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anitta C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product or service purchased through this website.
